My first year anniversary as a working individual. One year and it still feels like the beginning, I'm still falling in love with my work day after day after day. So I eagerly went home to relax and to savor the day. My day! I logged in and waited for the MotoGP quali to start, and got a surprise secodn for rossi early into the session. Woohoo!, I told myself. Don't get my hopes up too high Vale, it's my anniversary today so if you'regonna get it good, get it good and follow it through tomorrow. Rain soaked, flooded Brno circuit and my man placed second for Sunday's race. This is a GREAT day!

I woke up early, and went to church then busied myself (along with my mom and my tita) buying stuffs for the small party I planned in celebration of my anniversary (which I deliberately scheduled today and not yesterday so that it could also be a "welcome back" party after a loooooong MotoGP summer break). As our van neared the supermarket's gates, i said to myself, if the car number has a number 5 on it (my favorite number), it means Vale will win today. Did i get my sign? Yes I did, and not just one but two number 5! Harharhar, I laughed, not only will Vale win, double 5 will mean he'll blitz through the field!

I counted down the hours, and before I knew it, it's already 5PM. Off went the 125 and 250cc races...(drum roll please)...MotoGP riders line up the grid. The 5 red lights went off and it's on! Damn, Hoppers got the better of Vale and went up to second place, Rossi delegated to third, Casey pulling away gradually. Rossi was able to pass Hoppers and began his mission to hunt down and stay with Casey. The gap is staying between the 1.2 - 1.3 mark, but Rossi put his head down and cut Casey's lead to just 1 sec and slowly closing in. We all thought we were in for a nice duel, but then, WHAM!

CASEY WAS DOWN! CASEY WAS DOWN!

One second ahead of Rossi and the current world champion went down in a rider-induced accident that could strongly blow off his title defense. Did I mention that double 5 means he'll blitz through the field? well, he won with a 17 sec lead over the 2nd placed winner. Nyahaha!

Man oh man! I am sooooooo happy! I could throw another party after this!
